When you look at my picture, you may see someone who looks like she has always been confident and secure in herself.
But actually, even though I have done a lot of important things in my life - it really has only been the last 10-12 years where I started really believing in myself. The journey I'm going to share with you is how I "Failed Forward"- (used my mistakes and "failures" and found my own Greatness and how I can help you figure out your career, why you may procrastinate or why you are afraid you might fail. I am here to help you become the person you were meant to be and begin to show you how to find your own Greatness.

Failing Forward:
Helping Students Find Their "Greatness"
When you look at my picture, you may see someone who looks like she has always been confident and secure in herself.
But actually, even though I have done a lot of important things in my life - it really has only been the last 10-12 years where I started really believing in myself. The journey I'm going to share with you is how I "Failed Forward"- (used my mistakes and "failures" and found my own Greatness and how I can help you figure out your career, why you may procrastinate or why you are afraid you might fail. "I Don't Know What I Want To Do With My Life"
In this talk, I will be helping students determine how to choose the best career path for them.
I will talk about how in the past, people were told they had to choose one career, but I will let students know they may have several different careers in mind but they may not know how to decide on which career to start out with. On the other hand, some students don't feel they have anything to offer to the world. In this talk, I will go over various Career Assessment techniques that will show students how to find the best career (s) that fit both their skills and personality traits.
"Why Do I Always Find Myself Procrastinating?"
In this talk, I will go over how procrastination isn't being lazy but finding out why students procrastinate will help them have a more fulling and productive life.
This topic is one I often have struggled with myself and I will go over what type of procrastination I have and share with students that by learning what type of procrastination style they have, they can become better students.
